Scope of Services:
Scheme design and gaining full planning and building regulation consent to repair / rebuild an existing derelict barn into a modern family dwelling.
New terrace style flats development
Scope of Services:
Planning Permission had already been granted for the development (by another Architect), however the approved plans did not meet Building Regulation requirements.
GJ Building Surveying Services were instructed to assist the client with getting out of the mess which had been caused and redesign the interior (with some external modifications) to allow the scheme to meet all Building Regulations.
Garden Centre Coffee Shop
Scope of Services:
Gaining Full Planning consent for a new coffee shop building within an existing Garden Centre.
Liasing with HSP Garden Buildings to gain Full Building Regulation Compliance.
New Social Flats Development
Scope of Services:
Reassessing and revising original approved plans, undertaking complete construction drawings and energy assessment to gain full Building Regulation Consent.
